Stop retyping the same replies all day.
Copychest keeps your saved replies, your templates and everything you’ve copied a couple of seconds away. Save it once, paste it anywhere, get on with your day.

If your job lives in your inbox, you type the same things every day. The same greeting, the same directions, the same ‘here’s what happens next’.
You’ve got them stashed in a notes file, an old draft, and a Word doc called FINAL-v3. And you still retype half of them from memory.
Copychest is where they live instead.
Every reply you’re proud of, saved once, filed properly, and dropped into your email in seconds.
Have a go. Click a reply, then paste it.
These three are ours. Yours would be the ones you are sick of typing.
What Copychest does
The Quick Panel: your replies, on top of whatever you’re doing.
You’re halfway through an email. Press the shortcut and a small Copychest window appears over the top of it, holding your saved replies and everything you’ve copied lately. Click the one you want and it goes straight into the email you were already writing, and the panel disappears again. You never leave the thing you were doing.
Hi Sarah,
Thanks for the note, Thursday works fine.
Our address:
Unit 4, Riverside Business Park. Visitor parking is on the left.
See you then,
Marcus
Your best replies, ready before the kettle’s boiled.
Save the emails, answers and blurbs you send every week into projects that match how you work. When you need one, type a word from it and click. That’s the whole job.
Templates that fill in the details for you.
Set up a reply once with gaps for the name, the date, the order number. Copychest asks for the gaps and hands you the finished message. No more Dear-wrong-name.
That thing you copied an hour ago? Still there.
Copychest quietly keeps your clipboard history, so the address, link or paragraph you copied over something else is one search away instead of gone.
Nothing leaves your computer.
The things you copy all day are the things you would least like sitting on somebody else’s server: client emails, candidate details, phone numbers. Copychest has no account and no cloud. It all stays on your machine.
The short version of what you actually get
- Everything you send twice, in one place. Saved replies grouped into projects, with favourites for the handful you reach for daily.
- Find it by typing a word from it. Search runs as you type, across everything you’ve saved.
- Auto-fill replies. Save a message with gaps for the name, the date, the order number. Copychest asks you for them and hands back the finished thing.
- The last thing you copied, and the one before that. Searchable clipboard history, with the ones you keep needing pinned to the top.
- Several things pasted in a row. Pick a few and Copychest hands them over one at a time, in order, for the forms that want six fields.
- It stays out of the way. Runs quietly in the background, sits in your system tray, appears when you ask for it.
- Yours, offline, no account. Everything lives on your computer. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to leak.
- Light, dark, and text you can actually read. Follows your Windows theme, and the text size is yours to set.

The free tier isn’t a demo: 2 projects, 25 snippets, 2 hours of clipboard history, yours forever.
Copychest Pro is $17. Once.
Unlimited projects and snippets, full clipboard history, and every 1.x update included. The subscription apps doing this job charge $25 to $40 a year, every year. Pro starts with a 7-day free trial, no card needed.

Questions, answered straight.
Windows already has a clipboard history (Win+V). Why this?
Win+V remembers the last few things you copied, and if that’s genuinely all you need, it’s free and it’s already on your machine. What it can’t do is hold the replies you send every week, fill in the name and the date for you, or still have last Tuesday’s address in it. That’s the part that eats your afternoon, and that’s the part Copychest fixes. Win+V stops at 25 items, and that’s the least of it: we’ve written up the Windows clipboard history limits in full. The free tier costs nothing, so you can find out on your own computer instead of taking our word for it.
What does $17 actually buy?
Copychest Pro, for good. The license is yours forever and every 1.x update is included. No renewal, no subscription, no asking again next year.
Can I just buy Pro without the trial?
Of course. Buy Pro and your license key arrives by email, ready for whenever you install the app. Most people try it first, because the trial costs nothing and seven days is enough to find out. But if you already know, we are not going to make you wait.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing disappears. Everything you saved during the trial is still there and still yours to use. The only thing that changes is how much more you can add. Copychest never deletes or locks away something you made.
How many computers?
One person, up to 3 of your own computers, and you can move the license between machines yourself whenever you like. Buying for a team? Buy seats for your team, one per person: everyone gets their own license and their own 3 computers, and you invite them by email once you have paid. If someone leaves, you can free their seat and give it to somebody else.
Do I need to be techy?
No. If you can copy and paste, you can use Copychest. It installs like any other Windows program and there’s nothing to set up.
Refunds?
14 days, no quibble. If Pro isn’t for you, email us within 14 days of buying and we’ll refund you in full. The refund policy has the details.
What data do you collect?
Almost none. Everything you save stays on your own computer. The app talks to the internet for two jobs only: checking for updates and checking a Pro license key with our payment provider. The privacy policy is short enough to actually read.
Does Copychest store my passwords?
No. When you copy a password from your password manager, Copychest deliberately skips it, so it never reaches your history and never touches your disk. Copying and pasting works exactly as normal. This is always on, and it’s the same thing Windows’ own clipboard history does.
Mac?
Not yet. Copychest is Windows only for the moment.
Still typing it out by hand?
Copychest is free to download and free to keep using. If it earns its place, Pro is $17 once and it is yours for good.
